Selkie Slow Food Sailing Adventure -

Join Selkie for this delicious sail by Small Isles and the Sound of Mull. Visit Laig Bay Brewery, Ncn’ean Distillery and the Whitehouse Restaurant on this unique multi-day slow adventure with skipper Celia Bull and local historian and slow food and foraging expert Camille Dressler.

Monday 4th September -Hop aboard Selkie at Rhu boat house then sail across to the beautiful Hebridean Isle of Eigg for a tour and beer collection at the Laig Bay Brewery. Under the guidance of Camille collect shell fish and seaweed for dinner onboard, botanics for Christmas gin and settle down for the night to the sound of the seal songs aboard our faithful ‘Selkie’.
Tuesday 5th September - Sail to Ncn’ean Distillery for a tour of the only organic whisky distillery in Scotland. Anchor for the night at the secluded Oronsay anchorage.
Wednesday 6th September - Voyage to Lochaline and in the heart of the small village you will have lunch at the award winning Whitehouse Restaurant where Slow Food has been embraced by cooking with produce that is locally grown by small scale passionate producers. Delivery from Laig Bay Brewing...
Thursday 7th September – A day of exploring and sailing around Mull, if the weather allows, with the adventure coming to an end back on Rhu Peninsula on Friday 8th September at 10am.
